Metered prices are per GB of storage, per GB of traffic and per operation. They are held in hundredths of a cent: a gigabyte can cost less than a cent, and rounding to whole cents would eat the whole metered bill.
What the numbers are spent on: several sizes of one image, video in several qualities, user uploads you can erase on request.
Storage
Storage — the average over the billing period, not the peak: a day with a big upload should not look like a month.
Delivered
Delivery traffic — the very bytes that went to readers, from the server log. Not “size × number of requests”.
Operations
Operations — accepting a file and making its variants.
Paying for a plan
What you pay with
Cryptocurrency through Payora. The invoice is in dollars; you pick the coin on the payment page. The smallest invoice is $5, because on a smaller one the network fee eats most of the payment. No card is stored, here or at Payora.
Renewal is not automatic
We hold no card and cannot charge you on our own. Seven days and one day before the term ends we write to you. Paying again adds a month to the end of the term you already paid for, not to the day you paid.
If you do not renew
The account goes back to Free within an hour. Your files stay and keep being served — only new uploads stop, because the free package is 1 GB. Above a paid package, intake does not stop: it is billed per gigabyte.
Refunds
If the service did not work through our fault, we refund the period we failed to serve. Write to support and we will look at your case on its own.
There is no refund for unused time: renewal is not automatic, so the term you paid for is the term you chose.
The plan switches on when the payment is confirmed — usually under two minutes. The invoice page waits by itself and tells you when it is done, so there is no need to reload it.
